Masks at KCS

Today the School Executive decided to remove the requirement for staff and Secondary students to wear masks indoors. The current Public Health Order requires a person to wear a mask if they are a close contact (i.e. they have a positive COVID case at home), or whilst traveling on public transport, including the Kuyper Bus.

Staff and students may choose to wear a mask if they wish, however it is not compulsory at Kuyper Christian School from today. Of course, the Public Health Order must still be adhered to.

The Principal may reinstate the mask mandate at Kuyper if a situation arises where staff and students need to be protected.
