COVID-19 Update 7

To help Australians respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, nbn is providing rebates to phone and internet providers to support low-income family households with school-aged children who do not currently have an active nbn connection at home. This funding will help phone and internet providers create more affordable offers to connect eligible families during term two of school. Please download the update below for further information and to check your eligibility.

The links provided in the attached document were current at the time of publishing, however for the latest information please visit https://www.nbnco.com.au/response and click through to the “relief and assistance package”.

Some of the Retail Service Providers who have recently developed packages may not have direct links to their education offers, so interested families may need to call listed Retail Service Providers for further information or to apply.
